| Anthropology is an emportant component of Marxist Philosophy.It' s a relatively independent and complete component which can not be substituted in the whole Marxist ideological system. Only through a thorough and accurate exposition of the theories of Marxist anthropology can its essence and its value in modern time be profoundly appreciated.This paper discusses the theorectical development and the distinguishing features of Marxist anthropology in 3 parts.Firstly, the author demonstrates the formation and the theoretical foundation of Marxist anthropology through the exposition of its ideological origins.Secondly, the author summarizes the distinguishing feautures of MarXist anthropology with systematic and comprehensive argumentation. To define human being intermsof unity of reason and practice, to interprete the haman nature through the unity of natural and social quality, to understand the society from the perspective of the unity of the individual and the collective, to explicate the function of human being from the unity of subjectivity and objectivity, to discuss the existence and development of human being from the combination of person and object.Lastly, the author reveals the value of Marxist anthropology in modem time through the analysis of its theoretical viewpoints. That is, to construct people' s humanism, to promote the development of modem society, to improve the quality of human beings, to realize the selfmodemization of man, to give full play to the subjective function of human being to realize the value of life in the new century, to do well in the two-civilization construction, to promote the all-round development of human being incessantly. |
