Human beings are in the turn of the century ,Philosopy is changing with the development of time and science,and accepting the challenge of globalization and science technology development .In 21 century .Where does philosophy go? This is the concerned question. We should think over the new tendency of philosophy,deeply research and then develop the Marxist philosophy .With the request of the modern time philosophy is expected to reconsider its own orientation and the researchins ways to adapt itself to the further innovation which globalization brings forth to china. Globalization and development of the cultural conflict in the modern china leave us vast thinking space which also cause some transition and adaptation to thinking and managing forms in cultural incorporation ,so the cultural incorporation is the relavant point to understand globalization. In the information Age and globalization,philosophy it self will be attacked severely. Re-orientation should be focused on doubled cultured of conflict and fission in spirit and form:indivinty and secularity return to the living world ,return to culture,and the culture philosophy will be a spontaneous ideology of the new era .
