The paper first has a diachronic critical study on the Western humane ontology of ancient times and modern times. As a core of traditional philosophy, ontology has always been the forcus of philosophy study. Its existence justifies itself but poses unsettled problems too. But the crisis of traditional ontology does not mean the end of the real ontology. Maxism does not cover ontology in traditional sense,it does trace its profound underlying origin to ontology. It has realized the revolution of ontology. From the perspective of synchronic study of Marxism philosophy, this paper makes as an attempt to put forward a tentative idea of Maxism humane ontology. Marx emphasizes the freedom of human being whose "on" is directed at an ideal Whole man. Marxism starts with human beings' social praxis and aims to reveal "on " in praxis so that the internal grounds of human nature accounting for the possibility and necessity of "on'"s rebuilding and realization is given, which justifies the ontological commitments. What's more,Marxism ontology puts forward a praxis approach, that is,the realization of an full developed being is based on reality so that a Utopia is realized in the process of the manifestation of human beings' social praxis. At last it has made a leap on the ontology's task from an explaining of the world to a changing of the world.
