During the recent years,our economic construction has got great accomplishment. But material civilization and spiritual civilization need to be developed correspondingly. Traditional ethnic point of view has faced a series of problems. Some aspects which unfit the development of marketing economy and some problems which exist in itself need to be seen about. The construction for a new ethnic point of view in the socialist marketing economy deserves great attention at present,and even during a long term in the future.
