With the maturity and development of Internet economy,network marketing has changed the traditional business economic model.This is a marketing method to achieve the purpose of enterprise marketing by means of various network technologies.In the current Internet era,network marketing has gained significant development as well as numerous attention.The rapid development of network marketing has inevitably caused a lot of moral problems and brought the corresponding social thinking.The general direction of network marketing belongs to the field of economics,so most of the current researches are focusing on the field of economics,while few other fields are involved.Network marketing ethics is an indispensable part of the development of network marketing.It is of great significance to deepen its research and build a structurized system to promote the development of network marketing.This paper,different from the general economic perspective,starts from the unique perspective of ethics and creatively looks at the product of this era from a humanistic perspective.The research methods includes data collection method,literature review method,multidisciplinary combination,etc.This paper generally collects and sorts out the moral deficiency problems in network marketing and clearly defines its concepts,and then propose relevant solutions accordingly.After clarifying the basic concepts and the value of network marketing and network marketing ethics,this paper elaborates that network marketing should comply with the ethical norms of both justice and profit,honesty and trustworthiness,fair competition and people-oriented under the support of relevant theories.Then through analysis,this paper found that the lack of ethics exists in consumer rights and interests,commodity trading,logistics and business individuals due to the rapid development of technology,the weak moral consciousness of the subject,the imperfect external environment and so on.This may cause consumer group's dissatisfaction,industry development setbacks and even social integrity level decline.In order to avoid the further harm,governments,industries and enterprises should cooperate closely and play their roles effectively.At the same time,they are subject to the constant supervision of consumers and mass media,hoping to avoid frequent occurrence of unethical problems in network marketing.Through the above research,I hope the behavior of the network marketing industry could be eventually regulated and guided to a healthy and moral path of development.
