The pioneer novel tide of China's Mainland rises in the middle and later periods of the 1980s, producing a strong impact to language idea, language form and language ecology of China's contemporary novel, so, it is worth research circle's paying close attention to and reviewing profoundly. This article analysed a large number of language instances of pioneer novel, on this basis, examined language idea, language characteristic and culture psychology of pioneer novel, observed the destruction and influence caused by "pioneer's language revolution" toward ecology of the literary language of New period, and then reviewed the harmful trend of literature research circle under assaulting of the pioneer novel tide.The exploration of novel language in "former pioneer period" ( 1979-1987), seems to be harmonious, steady, and vigourous on the whole. But after 1985, especially after " the pioneer period"( 1987-1993), a certain remarkable change took place in direction in which the language was explored. The swirl of "pioneer language revolutionary" have involved normal language explore in a kind of weightless state, and destroyed the ecology of the ecology of the contemporary literary language seriously.(1) So-called "awakening of literary language consciousness", embodyed in the language philosophy aspect mainly in stage of pioneer novel. But people's understanding to the language philosophy was mostly cursory, confused and disorderly, even, language philosophy has become an excuse to make language confusion.(2) "The scene character" of literary language was suppressed and weakened in "the pioneer period". Language's "content standard" replaced its " narrate standard". The language was more and more formalized, apparent and wanton., and had become atool that was wantonly driven and trampled.(3) The deep cultural implications of Chinese literary language were abandoned. Pure Chinese cultural character had become "out of date" in the pioneer's eyes.(4) Pioneer new grammar exploration was lack of knowledge foundation about language innovative, and lack of consciousness of self-determine and self-restriction. So, such innovation is blind to a great extent, and the nature of "exploration" is very suspicious.(5) Before the pioneer tide, the environment of literary world is relatively free and loose. But with the overflow of culture radicalism, especially after having entered "pioneer period" , the benign literary ecological environment which was multiple and coexist, harmonious, has been replaced by a malignant ecology which was illiberal, single, and contorted.Pioneer novel's language is extremely tortuose and diseased. According to our analysis of several representatives of pioneer novels in which we take Yu hua's writings as model, we can sum up five kinds of typical symptom of pioneer novel's language, namely: First of all, the language is contorted and mincing; Secondly, the expression is obscure and fuzzy; The third, the meaning is thin and weak; The fourth, the narration is fussy and tedious; The fifth, the grammar and logic are in disorder. Pioneer writer's language form is very coarse, and that is the result of that their wrong language idea and their poor language quality act on together. Pioneer writers always took proud of their so-called "narrate idea" and "narrate ability", but in fact, their narrating often was disordered and could not stand up the examination of genuine narration science. Pioneer writer's idea about language was extremely shallow and frivolous. Their flaunt "pioneer" posture has guided Chinese literary language into an abyss where "it cannot be more freely, nor it can be more depraved".Pioneer tide was an outcome of China contemporary culture in its specific developing stage. It's a result of which indite circle, research circle and the whole literary environment interact on each other.
