Wei Received Theory

The purpose of this thesis is to recover something new from the idea, literature and historiography of Wei Shou and not to position something. The thesis points out that the best way to annotate a character is to submit new idea. In this thesis, firstly, the writer thinks that The History of Wei Dynasty was treated as immoral book just because that Wei Shou gave a forked position to the family of power and influence in Bei Wei era. Secondly, after a comprehensive comparison to the West and East literature and San Cai literature in Bei era, the thesis holds that the Jun Guo writing by Wei Shou mostly showed the feature of faithfulness in Bei Wei era. Thirdly, the thesis thinks that the Book in pillow were both the regression to the idea of Wei Shou and a vivid description to the miserable life of Wei Shou himself, besides, the book reflected the tragedy of scholar-bureaucrat of the time.
