History Of Northern Dynasties Dynasty

As an important of the academically to the Weijin and Southern and Northern Dynasties, the Northern Dynasty Historiography is in the neglected due to lack of material. This paper tries to make a relative to the historiography of Northern Dynasty thorough investigation. This paper will be divided into two plates. First, author will textual research comprehensively and expound comprehensively about the historical writing during Northern Dynasty. In the understanding of the lost historical records, this paper will inductive features of Northern history's development path and phases. And in the second part of the article, through the perspective of academic and political relations, will reveal the characteristics of Northern Dynasty historiography, and the status and significance in ancient historical development.Through the study, we will realize that, Northern Dynasty history started early, developed slowly, as the main reason was subject to political strict control and destruction. Compared with the Southern Dynasty, Northern Dynasty history development level was little inferior. But the northern historiography still had its unique perspective and ideas. In addition, the northern historiography and realistic politics closely, the period of royal forces of history, carry on the omni-directional control northern historiography whatever ideology or institution, thus forming official historiography and private historiography common development and the official historical was leading status. The official and private history all made great achievements, but overall, the official history development in the form of strengthening, and private history declined gradually.In many ways the northern history gave enormous influence on the historiography during Sui and Tang Dynasties. From the Sui and Tang Dynasties era, Chinese ancient history had made a gread change. The transition just right was from the northern tradition. Thus, this paper points out that, in the middle of Weijin and Suitang Dynasties-the private historical prosperity and the official historical occupy dominant position of historical ecology, northern historiography was a necessary transition.
