There are many difficulties almost on all aspects of Chinese Text Processing for the complexity of modern Chinese and the limits of the processing capability of computer. So firstly, the paper analyses these difficulties completely with the conclusion that verb plays a special role in Chinese Text Processing.Secondly, the paper discusses the subcategories of Chinese verb proved to be effective in Automatic Chinese Parsing.Then, the distributional property of verb-verb collocations is investigated by a case study in a real text. The statistics indicate the best watch windows in collocation extraction for four types of verb-verb collocations.According to the distributional property of verb-verb collocations, the paper works out automatic acquisitive methods of verb-verb collocations which combine statistic and regulate information. Lastly, the methods are formalized for an automatic processing system which modifies the rules.
