The Integrity Of The Social Value Of Its Realization

The matter of integrity has been paying attention all through history, and it is a social hot spot as well. It is worth of being researched, not only of academic significance, but also of practical value. Because it can prompt the implementation of integrity in economic, political and social fields.This article firstly discusses the ethical definition of integrity, demonstrates its ethical status, which is not only an important item in ethics, the most basic category of public morality, but also the moral groundwork and value aim of human society. So it is quite necessary to make a total review and deep systemic academic research of integrity morality.The practical value of integrity is represented in three fields. In the economic field, it is not only an important resource to upgrade national power, an indispensable comer stone of the market economy, but also a pass to WTO, a lever of optimizing resource allocation and an important measurement to enhance enterprise's competitive edge and affectivity; In the political field, it is important force to fulfill "Three Represents", the important part of managing state with morality and socialist sprital civilization. It also can help purify social vogue, maintain social stability, improve state management; In the social field, it is the root of bearing oneself, the lubricant of harmonizing personal relations, the source power of upgrading moral level.Unfortunately, the present status of integrity in our country is not optimis-tical, there is very serious state of integrity lacking. Integrity lacking is not only baffling the process of our socialist market economy and building a well -off society in an all round way, but also exacerbating social vogue and personal relations, declining social ethics and morality. Integrity lacking has some reasons, but how to deal with it is a pressing strategetic task confronting us.In the author's opinion, to fulfill the construction of integrity and realize its social values, we should start with the followings: excavate the resources of converting integrity, strengthen the education of,integrity, do well the practice of integrity, enhance the upholding of morality, strengthen its leadership. For the historical and realistic reasons, the total fulfillment of integrity' s social value has a long way to go. So long as we work together, "integrity china" is surely to be realized.
