Netethics mainly refers to a kind of moral norm that people obey during internet communication. It is a new ethic topic emerging and developing along with the development of Internet Technology. This issue has gradually become a branch of ethnic study, since a symposium titled "Ethics of Internet" was held in berkeley branch school of California University in 1995, In the writer's view, the innate feature of internet society lead to the spreading of moral relativity. However, network space is a public place where people communicate in the era of rational technology, which demands a kind of general value scale ignoring all the differences. Therefore, the first thing of netethics study is to explore the feasibility of implementing internet morality, namely, whether a widely-used norm system with no exception of areas and cultures can be formed in such a modern society of multi-social and cultural perspectives. If we sustain the sense of moral relativity and firmly believe that man can by no means reach a common sense of morality, even at the lowest level, the so-called construction of netethics can be just a pure Utopia. Thus, started from the feature of internet society, based on the analysis of the causes of general moral perplexities, this study makes a analysis of the definition of netethics and possibility of its popularization.
