Internet is a high speed information exchange system born by the material carriers like computer long distance communication techniques etc. But this material carrier constructs an immaterial, new-style, suppositional society–"internet society". In this society, interaction style from time and space. As a kind of culture, internet bears and produces a lot of new values and ethics, re-constructs many modern realizations of today's society ,forms some new people's interaction and ethical relationships, and has expanded the cultural space of social ethic .At the same time, the appearance of internet also brings up lots of challenges. Facing the various irregulations appeared in internet society, people have basically come up with a common sense: internet society needs order, internet behaviors needs regulations. The realization of this target counts on setting up some rules which every internet participant should abide by—internet ethic. Internet ethic refers to the behavior and moral rules and regulations which the internet main bodies should obey when handing people's relationships. As the special ethical morality of the newly born social organization of internet society, internet ethic not only provides the ethical regulations for the development of internet, but also points out the direction for the internet main bodies'free and healthy development.Therefore, we must follow the internet ethic, be practical and realistic to look on and reflect all kinds of disorders in the internet society combine the scientific spirits and humanistic sprits, waken up the internet's behavior main bodies'morality to build up the reasonable values, form a favorable internet order, and let internet contribute of the society humans.
