Among the textual research during the Qing Dynasty, Daizhen is a famous scholar of Pu-learning of School-Wan. He wrote rich and generous works all his life. From the perspective of historical-document-study, this article discusses the accomplishments that Daizhen achieved in this field: he established seven ways of textual research; he interpreted ancient books, such as Shi/ing-, Shangshu, etc; he took part in revising The Whole Books of Siku and compiled tens of ancient books; he wrote some abstracts of ancient books; he put forward several ways of textual criticism and collated The Notes and Commentaries about Shuijing, Dialect and so on; he distinguished some ancient books of dubious authenticity, such as Zhoubisuanjing, Jiuzhangsuanshu, Sunzisuanjing, etc. The successes of Daizhen have much referring value today.
