Our age is a digital time. Digital technology is permeating every sphere of people's life. At the end of the 1960's, digital technology began to be used in movie-making. From then on, it has greatly influenced the producing, spreading, accepting and other fields of movies. Nowadays, movie art is being transferred from "the art of cinefilm" into "the art of electron". This paper tried to probe into the existing condition of movies in the digital time from the following three aspects: the digitization of movie video, the networking of movie acceptance and the multiplicity of movie forms.Firstly, the paper analyzed the characteristics of movie video's digitization from the angle of movie noumenon. Since digital technology was used in movie making, the digitization of video has been adopted more and more. And it is a challenge to traditional movieontology--video ontology, which is based on photograph. So wemust create a new movie ontology, on the basis of the diversifying method of movie imaging. At the same time, digitized video is urging the renovation of movie's "true aesthetics". Through magical digital technology, movie video becomes a "true lie".Secondly, the paper expatiated the networking of movie acceptance from the angle of acceptance noumenon. Along with the rapid development of the digital technology and the popularization of Internet, appreciating movies through on-line or download becomes afashion. Compared with the traditional appreciating method--goingto cinema, the networking of movie appreciating has three characteristics: randomness, individuality and initiative. As a higher level of movie acceptance, movie criticism has opened a new demesne in the Internet, which takes on the following features: popularity, freedom and plainness.Finally, the paper discussed the multiplicity of movie forms. Now that the methods of movie imaging and movie accepting have changed,the movie forms will change accordingly. For the moment, the people are likely to accept three movie forms: cinema movie, movie made for TV and Internet movie. On the one hand, the three movie forms are interrelated and interact on one another, and on the other hand, they exist independently.
