Caidiaoji was the anthology of Tang poetry compiled by Wei Hu in Wudai, which has been the largest one preserved well now. It was produced in the background of pursing amusement in the west area of Sichuan Province at that time. It was very well to spread since its produce, and caused the critic's annotations and commentaries, commented the upsurge clicked between the Ming and Qing Dynasty. So it has great research value either on Literature history or History of criticizing .Through the analysis of the text, this paper tries to make a comprehensive study on it in order to explore its value on document. It is divided into four chapters. Chapter One, Caidiaoji and the anthologies of Tang poetry. Introduce the editor and important editions of Caidiaoji .Chapter Two, The study on the cultural background and the standard to select poem . Wei Hu made "harmonious metre" and "beautiful word" as the standard to select poem, which was also owned to the special historical and cultural background in the Later Tang Dynasty and Wudai. I will analysis the intention of it and discuss it from the types to theme in this part. Chapter Three, The study on the poets selected .Discuss Wei Hu's tdeaon poetry and his aesthetic thoughts. Chapter Four, Introduce the spreading on Caidiaoji and discuss the value on literature and document.
