The article attempts to present using comparison method in compare Chinese and Thai measure words. It mainly discusses about the comparing of their classify; word order; combine measure words with numerals, nouns, verbs and indicate pronoun; and measure words evolution.The article shows that every parts of the comparison have either same and different points.
