Quantifier is the important phrase from the Sino-Tibetan Language, and also a feature of this Language family. Although both Chinese and Burmese Languages originated from this Sino-Tibetan Language family, they have their own sentence structure, language, level of development are inconsistent, resulting in the generation and evolution of quantifiers, character and individuality have some of their own characteristics. So the comparison of quantifiers between those two languages will help to understand the characteristics of those two languages.In the evolution of the Chinese Language history, there's many rich usage of quantifiers for about the units for the things and movement behavior. Compared to the Chinese language, Burmese language didn't posses the quantifier's as much as Chinese language. So the Myanmar students who learning Chinese may encounter difficulty in the usage of quantifier. This article originated from the history of the two languages how started they used the quantifiers. Then the studied of the characteristics, evolution, classification, comparison, rules and regulations and analyzed of the quantifiers of these two languages.This research analyzed about the common and different things of the quantifier usage in the two languages. The purpose of this research is ways to study the characteristics of quantifier and find out the ways to study of quantifier to use properly in usage for those the Myanmar students who learning the Chinese as a foreign language.
