| The remarkable signal of political modernization is political involvement in a popular way. Howerer,as for weak national power during the Repbulic of China(1912-1949), the government could not provide an effective and normal way for people to involve politics, which leaded to political involvement in an out-institution way for people to express their interests which worsened state power in turn.Furthermore,owing to inefficiency of Chinese political orgnization,diffusion of agricultural market, human race' burden of Chinese became so feeble that it exacerbated political involvement out off institution. From the the Northern Warlords to Nanjin national government, they were unable to solve this problem effectively,which in some certain caused tension and tubulence for the Chinese society for a long term. |
