"Contract" In The 《Bible》 And Its Enlightenment To Honesty Construction In Contemporary China

For thousands of years,sincerity as one of the "Five Principle" of the Confucian,as a code of conduct and ethics, and made great contributions to the Chinese social progress and cultural development.However, China’s current lack of honesty and credit has become a serious social problem,seriously undermined the social atmosphere, affecting the normal operation of China’s social stability and the socialist market economy,has weakened the international competitiveness of our country.Lack of honesty and credit to the great challenge of modernization of our country.In contrast,The integrity culture in the West become more and more strong and stable.The reason is that Chinese integrity is moral integrity, exists as a kind of personal virtue, rely on personal moral cultivation, its existence is not solid;at the same time,the west is the integrity of the contract contract integrity, integrity as a public principle into the western system, law, culture, religion, art, daily life and other aspects to guide people’s behavior, has the solid foundation of the world.In this paper, the origin and development of Western contract credit as the research object, to explore the influence of Western contract integrity to all aspects of society, and tries to approach may be used for reference for the construction of credit culture in china.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part is the origin of the "contract"-the "contract " in the "Bible" and its connotation.Through the four important "contract "in the "bible" to analysis the origin and the spirit of the contract of the west.Although the "contract" is only a concept in the field of religion, but now it has rationality, freedom, equality and the spirit of capitalism, the spirit of the contract as a religious media gradually spread, and gradually into the intrinsic values of western.The second part is the development of contract.
