?The study on mental cognition and mental representation has been a major topic of philosophical and psychological investigation along the overall history of thought. Recently, a new perspective on mental cognition has emerged in philosophy of mind and psychology. According to this perspective, our interpretive abilities should be viewed as a competence, a specific endowment of the human mind specialized to understand others and ourselves in terms of mental states. A new field of investigation, called Theory of Mind, is now emerging as a major issue in cognitive studies. The understanding about others mental states is a ancient thesis. But, the understanding about others' mind from the perspective ——theory of mind is merged in recent 20 years. However, in these years, The studies about theory of mind have been the most concerned domain. This article investigate the influential factors and the educational strategy of theory of mind. This thesis mainly consists of four parts: The first part is "the instruction". First , author clarify the definition,theoretical explanation,study method and the significance of theory of mind. Then looks back the study history of theory of mind and put forward to the existed problems that are to solve. The second part: On the basis of much translation about theory of mind, the author explore systematically the influential factors about theory of mind. In this article factors are divided into two. One is external environmental factors involving family and society. The other is internal individual factors, that is executive function,language,memory,social interaction ability etc. The result show that theory of mind is the result of many factors.The third part: On the basis of practical study a case study was done to check the relation between theory of mind and its influential factors from microcosmic qualitative perspective. With many method the study makes meticulous and in-dept analysis about the development of theory of mind and its influential factors of the case . The fourth part: The author summarize the above discuss and point out the educational strategy. Result show that training may be done from various styles. Such as play training.,story discussing,language,family,vary-aged intercourse etc.
