This article examines the origination as well as the development of the painting text elements such as the colour constitution , plastic technique and aesthetic conception of the blue and green landscape painting. Meanwhile , it illustrates the profound influence from the Buddhism art and the culture of ancient northern minorities on the appearance and development of the blue and green landscape painting .Furthermore, showing the positional change of the blue and green landscapepainting , it further discusses the topic------conversion of different kind of concepts inChinese painting , from which we can see that the traditional study on history of Chinese painting is basically limited in the study of the history of Chinese Literati painting. Therefore , it calls for the further consideration on how to break the limit so as to better understand the abundant treasure of the history of Chinese painting . In conclusion , with the elicitation of the above topic , this essay aims to draw attention from more and more specialists and researchers in this field.
