Oroqen Traditional Musical Life And Historical Change

This dissertation was based on the research of the former scholars' works and demonstration stuff was according to my own fieldwork of Elunchun minority's music. According to characteristic, Elunchun minority's history could sum up into three groups: hunting period, combine farming and hunting period and modern agriculture period. According to comparable method of Ethnomusicology, synchronic and diachronic analysis was used to the music tradition of Elunchun minority. In the characteristic of Elunchun minority, it exists in the common aspect of the other minority and the other music tradition. Since settle down in 1953, the life style of production and the way of life were almost changed. Hence include the traditional culture was diminished. Whereas the contemporary status of Elunchun minority, viewpoints of how to protect and change was presented.
