This text will investigate the situation of context using in the Du Shu Za Zhi, and attempt and probe into how Wang Nian-sun used the context idea to clear up scientific method of ancient books, and offer the new language materials for the historical origin of the context theory of our country, and put forward the new visual angle of research for the range of application of the context theory.The thesis regards the frame of "context" theory as the basic frame, from microcosmic to macroscopic, from linguistic to nonlinguistic to carry on the comprehensive research and analysis. It composes of five major plates altogether:The first part is summary. It will introduce Wang Nian-sun and the main situation of Du Shu Za Zhi, the current study situation, writing intention, and the thesis frame.The second part is the main introduction of the study about context using of Du Shu Za Zhi. We look back the history of context and identify the "context" of Du Shu Za Zhi and point out the value and meaning of the study. We divide it into two parts: linguistic context and nonlinguistic context.The third part is the linguistic context of Du Shu Za Zhi.
