Constructing the mind or morals education is a serious part of spiritual civilization in our country. It just like the spiritual anchor of the Chinese Nation. It is the inner power to grow or flourish of our nation. However, confronting to the surge of economical globalization, facing our socialist market economy being erected and developed, how we can advance our moral education more efficiently? How can we inherit our fine traditional moral? How can we get rid of the haze of electronic media? How can young children develop their good qualities and grow up in healthy? In recent years, as to confront the fact of obvious moral disorganization , troubles happened frequently in some partial areas. Our governments do lots of endeavors: make the decision of governing the country both with law and moral; the central government about strengthening and bettering the construction of the mind and moral of the young person , leading by schools , on the flat of community, basing on the family and combining the three power organically, to establish guideline of a "triplicity" met-work about mind and moral; and construct the compendium of citizen' s moral, etc . Scholars also have brought their suggestions and opinions.For three years, I got about Shandong Peking and Yunnan province, traveled about our Motherland from south to north. From what I have seen and heard, I worn down by worry. But as one of the Chinese Nation, I engrave the ancient maxims :" One who at the low position but he dose not forget his responsibility" . What can I do is only to face the cruel facts and to care about our society. I have my responsibility to put forward my thoughts and suggestions. Devote my tiny power to our nice harmonious society. From then on, the question of construct the moral system always lingering my mind , but it can appear its rudiment to the world till now.The socialist market economy has shown its powerful dynamic function for strengthening the overall strength of our country, developing our economy, enhancing the living level of our people's and exerting socialist superiority. But the market economy is adouble-edged sword, its advantages can motivate the develop of economy enormously. On the other , its backward also can lead the non-self-rule society to the danger abysm. It is the warning signal of the danger - the phenomenon and problem which appear in the moral education our country . Therefore, it is stare our in the face of ruling the market economy and reinforcing the task of moral education!Using the methods of integrate theory with practice, system analysis, contradiction analysis etc. By the work of revealing the present situations and the causes of our social moral education which under the socialistic market economy, studying MPA knowledge, looking back Marxist theory on the essence of human , reviewing moral, looking through the history of marriage and family, anatomizing realities, harmonizing dialectical relations between moral and market economy etc. My believes are more firmly, about moral always being a .systematic project and needing all walks' hard work, family is the base ?. center and forever of the moral .Therefore, I believe family moral education is the base and center of the moral system, school is the assistant and extension of the family moral education, social organization is the controlling and leading of the family moral education. Consequently, I claim to construct a efficient social moral system, that is a mutual development"s family moral education: family as the central and basement -. school as the assistant and extension, social organization is the controlling and leading . I call it the tri-dimension system of family moral education, because it is the moral system which will be established under the market economical situation.
