On Moral Freedom

The Freedom of Morality includes three aspects. First, the Freedom of Will, which is the Capability of Moral Freedom, includes the choice and decision between good and evil as well as morality and immorality by human being. Second, the Right of Moral Freedom,including the negative right as well as the positive right of it,which respects and guarantees the freedom of choice and decision in people'moral life in terms of moral right.Third, the State of Moral Freedom,which is a free,perfect moral state achieved by people'assimilating moral standards. These three aspects are interrelated and together make up the rich connotation of the Freedom of Morality.In its practice,the indetermination of individual'moral expression leads to the risk of moral freedom,which is solved by the people'assuming responsibility in addition to the assurance of human's moral sense.
