The article attempts to describe China's declining rural economics in the 1930s from the following aspects. 1, the occupation and operation of the farming lands of all rural classes, the agricultural working instruments and farm animals, and the average labour productivity in the ten years before the anti-Japanese war. 2,the rural feudal tenantship and employment, the surplus rate in the tenantry's income, the conditions of the farm-hand economy and the farmers' income and living conditions 3, the rural land tax and its additions , the chaos in the course of the expropriation, the merchandise of the rural economy, the economic condition and debt rate of the families that are poorer than kulaks; 4, the conditions of the rural economies hit by famines.we can get a conclusion from above: in a poor agricultural country, if there isn't the common improvement of farmers' income and living conditions, the country is still in chaos at home and aggression from abroad, and its colonial property hasn't got completely changed, although its city industry has a slow temporary development ,the modernization at the expense of the loss of the rural areas and its farmers' foundational living conditions can only make the rural areas poorer, the working people gradually standing opposite to the present government in their working practice, and finally lead to the collapse of the government as well as social chaos.
