The Founding 17 Years Of Chinese Painting Debate Analysis

Contest about Chinese painting is an important historical phenomenon and thought in history of art in modern China, it happens with relax changes of social, history and a course of thought in same time in China, and with many regions of politics,culture & art. There are four contests in 20th century: "a revolution of fine art and the way of Chinese painting" before new China founded; the second contest arosed by new Chinese painting movement & the problem of pen and ink during 50-60 years; the 3rd contest arosed by many points such as " anti-addition", crisis of Chinese painting in 80 years; the contest coursed by the point of writings as "pen and ink" equals to "noting" clearing up the writings itself that it aroused as well the point of "holding the base line of Chinese painting" at the end of this century. As these contests act differently with changes in deferent historical context, so my topic limits in 50-60 years and its object is tying to card and re-explain the so-said three times of contests using the way of history & utterance analysis, so we can know the course and influence of each contest and can compare with each other & confirm the important sense inside.At the same time, the contest about Chinese painting happened in 50-60 years is also an important content in early age of art of new China. During this age, the three contests acted like a process of from outside (culture) to inside. In some thoughts it can be seen continuing the contest before new China founded. Though it suffers from politics and culture outside, it promotes the change of modernization of Chinese painting's language, and acts an important role on an evolvement of making Chinese painting from an aspect of society & politics to cultural & mind.
