Dingzhou dialectal people'pronunciations of suffix JL are different with ages and areas, and literature records indicate that ,in the beginning of the 20th century ,the Dingzhou dialectal pronunciation of suffix 儿 was also different with today. The author studied these differences, identified the pronunciation evolution of suffix 儿, and integrated the language system of internal and external factors into the analysis of the evolution of the constraint mechanism, concludes:1, R-ending retroflexion evolutes from 儿-ending syllable. Evolution from neutral tone syllable and the terms which 儿 inlayed at, then the way to the prolifetation of terminology.2, The r-ending retroflexions, which come from the change in tone clusters, are not generated at the same time. From the completed r-ending tetroflexion in Dingzhou, the first rhymes are Huidui, Renchen, and Yanqian, Fahua, to Huailai, Miexie rhymes, followed by the Suopo, and the Yiqi, Gusu rhymes. And control of, Jingyang, Zhongdong rhymes, has not yet been generated.3, Retroflex final shape after high-frequency use, the main vowel will gradually change over a long period of adjustment instead, the complex more retroflex final summary, the gradual reduction in the number of rhyme categories system gradually simplified. This is the language of economic principles constraints, the r-ending retroflexion structure led to the inevitable result of the imbalance.4, Character law, language contact and the psychology of language users is the extenal factors of language development system, when its powerful enough to change the mind of those who speak the languae of traditional norms, it will interfere with the language process, have combined to make the r-ending retroflexion category of re-diyiding, a'resurgent phemomenon'.5, Although fundamentally speaking, r-ending retroflexion reduction in the number and type of rhymes is an inevitable trend, but 'resurgent' phemomenon will greatly extend the retroflex final adjustment of the integration time, so in a 'resurgent phemomenon' after a period of time, the r-ending retroflexion is unlikely soon shrink and disappear.
