The Xunzi Chief Ethical Thought

With the notable effect of the administration system in China, some questions such as bureaucracy and corruption in the administration also emerged. In recent years, the research and practice about the administration ethics have been attended more and more. The administration ethics research in China started relatively late, but received great development. Digging and inheriting Chinese traditional administration ethics is not enough. So this article first researched Chinese traditional ethics, then combined today's fact and develop, hope could help to the construction of Chinese administration ethics.Xunzi is a great philosopher in late Zhanguo, he has profound thought and original opinion. His book has abundant content and integrate system, it took a important place in the Chinese traditional culture history. The thought of Xunzi include philosophy, ethics, politics, economy etc. Especially his administration ethics thought has creative meaning.
