Mongolian Secret History Of The Term Of Affix

The study of "The secret History of the Mongols" has had a long history. Scholars from all over the world have been doing various researches on it. It's study mainly includes translation , reconstruction and study of it's linguistic features . But so far there is no such a research, which is about the systematic study of word formation of "The secret History of the Mongols". Word formation is the important way of developing of the vocabulary system. The study of the word formation of old Mongol provides indispensable materials for study of the modern Mongols .As for this situation , I analyzed more than 350 nouns in "The secret study of the Mongols" on the basis of the historical linguistics and comparative linguistics.This dissertation analyzed 27 derivational suffixes which form new nouns from the nominal stems, 21 derivational suffixes which form new nouns from the verbal stems and 6 derivational suffixes which form new nouns from the adjective stems.The dissertation include five parts; preface includes purpose of the dissertation; introduction to the literature; main researches on the word formation of Middle Mongol.
