Self-evaluation is an importance part of self-consciousness that is a kind of self subjective judgment about personal abilities and personal social orientations. It is not only a means of self-perception, but also a method that influences individual self development. It relates to the individual mental health.This research adopts self- acceptance questionnaire inner-controlled and others of the influence with the opportunity form and middle school student mental health diagraph .we draw 333 students from Shangqiu 11th middle school and the fourth senior high school as objects, they come from six grades .Among them the junior high school include 130, grade one is 34, grade two with three is 53 and 43, boys with girls is 57 and 73.Average age is 13.85;The senior high school include 203, grade one is 83, grade two and three is 48and 72, boys with girls is 129 and 74.Average age is 16.90.We compare middle school student's self-evaluation and mental source type with mental health condition, and go on their related analysis. The result is as follows:1.The self-evaluation between middle school students and freshman university students exist difference, on self-accepts with total evaluation factors ,they is different and show disparity( P<0.01), the self-evaluation factor isn't exist disparity. The junior high school and the senior high school students show remarkable difference (P<0.05), but every grades of the junior high school and every grades of the senior high school aren't exist disparity.
