Being rebellious and gradual mature, middle school students are characterized by independence, imbalance and dynamics and are inclined to form negative emotions and various kinds of psychological issues and mental disease.Nowadays, most students have negative mentality. When they make mistakes, they don’t realize they are wrong, and they refuse anyone’s help or medicine. However, music seems to be a better way than the normal one to cure the mental problems. In the school musical education, the use of music such non-verbal activity of aesthetic experience to achieve the purpose of psychological adjustment, it is better to be accepted by students and the role is more far-reaching. The musical education to cultivate the student’s music taste, the heart.Meanwhile, it helps them form healthy outlook on life, morality, world outlook. Achieve music mental health education, we need to stare form the school, the family and the social, need to reform the current mental health education in the true sense, we must to contact the disciplines of music and the mental health education. With musical classes as the basis and music as cure method, various kinds of practical activities are supposed to carry out to promote the development of musical education.
