Modern Chinese Absolute Adverbs Of Degree Study

By way of searching, statisticing and analyzing of a large number of language data, we made observation on the absolute degree adverbs and the feature of the verbs, adjectives and nouns what are decorated. At the same time we investigated completely the absolute degree adverbs' usage about every ten years' periods of Mordern Chinese.This dissertation consists of five chapters.Chapter One introduced the study object, scope, method, purpose and the sources of linguistic data.In Chapter Two, we generalized the previous studies on the syntactic function of degree adverbs.Chapter Three is calculate analysis of the syntactic function of the absolute degree adverbs. We searched 300 thousand linguistic data and described the combination circumstance between the absolute degree adverbs and verbals, adjectivals and nominal elements in form, and verified and analyzed the complicated selection relation between the two.Chapter Four is the diachronic investigation of mordern Chinese absolute degree adverbs .We dated the investigation of absolute degree adverbs on the first ten years of AC.20, on the basis of it, retrieved, statisticsed and analyzed the 250 thousand linguistic data of every ten years, by this way we discovered the usages' movement situation of the absolute degree adverbs.Chapter Five is a summary for the whole paper.
