In modern Chinese,function words are frequently used and complicated in usage.They are an important means of expressing grammatical meanings in modern Chinese.They are mainly used to express the semantic and grammatical associations between substantive words,attach certain grammatical meanings,or change the expression function of words.In the function word system,degree adverbs are an important means of expressing degree.The expression of"quantity"is an important aspect of human language.The conceptual categories of"quantity",such as degree,quantity,and range,reflect the reflection of human cognition on the objective world,and degree adverbs are Chinese adverbs with ethereal semantics and flexible syntax.,a class of words with distinctive features and frequent use,in modern Chinese,it is mainly used to express"degree and quantity".The degree of measurement is a vague and continuous quantity,which is not easy to examine and grasp.The usage of degree adverbs is obvious,the semantics are relatively vague,and it is difficult to locate and analyze.As a result,common problems and phenomena such as the circular definition of the adverb of degree dictionary definition,the unsystematization of Chinese teaching,and the ambiguity in the definition and analysis of synonyms are caused.It can be seen that the identification and analysis of synonymous degree adverbs,especially the in-depth and systematic identification,is the key to in-depth understanding of the semantics and essence,nature and characteristics,function and usage of Chinese degree adverbs.Systematism,comprehensiveness and practicability are the basic requirements for the research on the analysis of adverbs of synonymous degree.The thesis selects"adverbs of absolute degree in modern Chinese"as the research object,and carries out the analysis of short meanings."Absolute degree adverbs"originated from Wang Li's classification of Chinese degree adverbs.He divided adverbs into relative degree adverbs and absolute degree adverbs according to whether they have a clear object of comparison.Afterwards,scholars such as Ma Zhen and Zhang Yisheng reclassified the absolute degree adverbs according to the different degree meanings,and divided them into different"departments".The paper combines the division methods of predecessors,and further defines the research objects as"tai₁"adverbs of degree(Tai ₁,Zhen,Lao,Hao,Duo),"Guo yu"degree adverbs(Guo yu,Guo,Guo fen,Tai ₂),"Fei chang"is a degree adverb(Fei chang,Shi fen,Xiang dang,Yi chang,Te bie),"Ji"is a degree adverb(Ji,Ji wei,Ji qi),"Hen"is a degree adverb(Hen,Ting,Guai,Man),"You dian"is a degree adverb(You dian,You xie),"There are 6 groups of 23 words in total of 6 groups of 23 words as specific research objects.It should be emphasized that the academic circles hold different opinions on the number and division of"adverbs of absolute degree in modern Chinese",and with the development of modern Chinese,some words are gradually carrying the function of adverbs of absolute degree,and are expected to officially enter the absolute degree.Adverb sequence.This non-quantitative and open scope definition is not conducive to the research of the paper.In order to reduce the influence of these objective factors,the paper mainly combines the classification of Chinese degree adverbs by scholars such as Ma Zhen and Zhang Yisheng,and determines the research object as a closed,acceptable 23 words of control and certainty.The 23 absolute degree adverbs are classified into different groups according to their degree meanings,so the“degree meanings”between the same group of words are similar,and the main research purpose of the paper is to define the degree meanings.A similar group of words is then subjected to semantic analysis and synonymy analysis.As Ma Zhen said,the research on function words must seek truth,that is,we must dig out what really belongs to a certain function word and explain it thoroughly.It is an important way for us to understand the characteristics of Chinese degree adverbs and the characteristics of Chinese function words by analyzing the synonyms of degree adverbs with ethereal semantics,digging deeply into the relationship between implicit meanings and meanings,and constructing a complete lexical semantic picture.Since the identification and analysis of synonymous phrases is chosen as the main research purpose,the dissertation focuses on the analysis and sorting out of the"semantic"level,with rational meaning as the focus of the analysis,and color meaning as the supplement.Among them,rational meaning includes core semantics,parasitic semantics,subjective meaning and objective meaning,realistic meaning and non-realistic meaning and other main observation points.Color meaning mainly includes two types of stylistic color and pragmatic color.In the process of identifying and analyzing synonyms,in addition to focusing on the“semantic”dimension,it is also supplemented by“syntax features”,so as to construct a comprehensive synonym of“rational meaning-color meaning-syntax features”Discrimination and analysis procedures to comprehensively and deeply present the specific similarities and differences between synonyms.Therefore,in the research dimension of adverb identification and analysis of near-synonym absolute degree,the main advantage of this paper lies in its comprehensiveness and systematicness.Based on the above research ideas,the paper is mainly divided into three parts:The first part is the first and second chapters of the thesis,which mainly summarizes the literature on related topics such as Chinese adverb research,Chinese degree adverb research,and Chinese synonymous vocabulary identification and analysis,summarizes the experience of previous research,and analyzes the room for improvement in current research.It also introduces the main theories,methods and processes used in the identification and analysis of synonyms in this paper.The second part is the third and fourth chapters of the thesis.Using the comprehensive analysis program created in this thesis,it makes a fine-grained analysis of 6 groups of 23 words in turn,presents the full picture of vocabulary differences,and introduces the main research conclusions of the thesis.It mainly includes the following points.First,there are semantic differences in parasitic semantics,subjective meanings,and actual meanings among Chinese adverbs of near-synonym absolute degree,which affect their syntactic features.Second,by observing the presentation of the non-core meanings of Chinese degree adverbs and analyzing the relationship between them and the core meaning,it can be found that Chinese degree adverbs have the feature of"non-independence of meaning".Third,the functions of Chinese degree adverbs to modify nouns,general verbs and state adjectives can be regarded as new functions of modern Chinese degree adverbs,and the generation and development of these three new functions are not balanced and there are differences.Fourth,the principle of economics and the psychological connection of synchronic meanings are promoting the explicitness of the implicit semantics of adverbs of degree,which is also a manifestation of Chinese as a typical analytical language.The third part is the fifth chapter of the thesis,which introduces the reference and enlightenment provided by the research methods and research results for us to carry out solid Chinese teaching,systematic dictionary interpretation,and in-depth language investigation.On the study of modern Chinese degree adverbs,the predecessors have produced fruitful research results,which have provided substantial materials and solid theories for the research of this thesis.On the basis of previous research,this paper makes further supplements and explorations,aiming to provide some reference and inspiration for the study of modern Chinese degree adverbs,adverbs,and function words.
