In the background that contemporary art has been more international, more informationized and more multivariated, print-making, as a medium equal to the other art sorts, has always had an interdisciplinary position. The thesis is trying to elaborate the expansion and continuation of print-making through another recognition of the definition and the base attribute of print-making. It is elaborated in three aspects: A. As a traditional duplicate method, print-making has a value in reproducing and medium. B. Along with the development of the time, print-making has expanded its ontic language during the creative process. C. In modern time, print-making has become a creative medium through which the artists express their views. |
