China And South Korea Term Comparison Study

Diplomatic relationship was established on 1992 between South Korea and China. China and South Korea have close relationship and similar culture backgrounds. Cooperation and communication have been developed greatly over ten years. Whatever governmental and local cooperation and communication is active, especially in science and technology fields. But as an important communication tool on science and technology fields, scientific and technological terms of Sino-Korea still have not been studied systematically. People lack regularity understanding on scientific and technological terms of Sino-Korea. The lacking obstruct the communication of Sino-Korea. Because all above, this article try to discussion word formation characteristic and the same and difference points. This article will summarize the regularity and provide quotable conference materials.This article studies the present authentic scientific and technological terms materials. The article main conference materials is "Modern technological terms dictionary" and conference others scientific and technological terms dictionary.This article classify and analyze 5000 scientific and technological terms embodied in "Modern technological terms dictionary" .In order to understand the same and difference, the article discuss the basic characteristic of Korean scientific and technological terms and contrast the Korean and China scientific and technological terms. Modern Korean scientific and technological terms are mainly consist of Chinese character terms and foreign words. Inherent word is less used as technological terms, but a inherent word may is a forming-unit combined with Chinese character word to form recombination terms.
