We are in an era of rapid development, the language we use is constantly changing. New changes in present language may occur at the next moment. However, new changes is possible to precipitate as a language of the past in the next period. In the continuous development of these words, it contains the continuous changes of the culture of our times. We can also feel the charm of the times even in the short-lived words. International exchanges of science, technology and culture and the development of popular culture have a great influence on production of the new vocabularies. With the deepening of cultural exchanges between countries, the languages of some countries will appear in other countries, which accordingly produces new vocabularies. In the past, mass culture is mainly spreading through the speech and broadcast media. However, with the popularization of network technology, consumers and producers of the mass culture break through the boundaries between the state and the nation and develop to a new level. That way, cultural exchanges show a variety of trends, and new words of continuous production and rapid elimination attract our attention. In short, today’s new words, not only are the professional’s or some scholars’ attention, but also become the object used by general public.The aim of this paper is to reflect the new appellations of the personality, life style and social culture of youth of China, Japan and South Korea. With adjacence of geographic location, cultural exchanges with more complete closely, the development of mass media, the new vocabularies of one of the countries will form resonance and be in common use in the two other countries. In this paper, a new approach to the generation and transmission of new words is investigated, which analyzes new appellations of three countries, and studies the expression of the new appellations of them and the reasons of the same content uses the different expression. Besides, it also analyzes the social and cultural background of the new appellation.This paper mainly consists of four parts: The first chapter is the introduction. It illustrates purpose and significance of the research, the scope and methods of the study and points out the key points, difficulties and innovations.The second chapter briefly describes the procreant background and basic types of the new appellation. From the aspects of social culture, economy, life attitude, character, etc., the new appellation in three languages is analyzed.The third chapter mainly carries on the comparative analysis of new address terms of the three languages. it analyzes the expression of new address terms,understands the sources of new address terms of three countries and contrasts the correlation and the uniqueness among them.The fourth chapter’s content is to further understand the social and cultural situation of the three countries and the unique social and cultural conditions in China, Japan and South Korea through the results from analysis.This paper studies the changes of the culture and the correlation between culture and language of the three countries and at the same time, pays attention to the unique language of every country through trying to analyze the new address terms, which will be helpful to you to understand the differences in language and culture of the three countries. Finally, it is hoped that the research of this thesis can be helpful to the Chinese learners and be conducive to the cultural exchange among China, Japan and South Korea.
