I Under The "logical" Perspective ",

The topic of Tao belonging to materialism or idealism in Lao Tzu's philosophy has been argued for long time on the research of Tao Te Ching. Now ,more and more scholars thinks that the polarization of"material"and"ideal"is quite hazy in Lao Tzu's mind. Therefore the way of first getting a explicit conclusion of Tao's attribute, then going on a thorough research on Tao Te Ching is unreasonable and inefficient. We need new research method. The article takes an analysis on how Lao Tzu constituted a"Tao"as a cosmological and ontological concept with the theory of Husserl's Logische Untersuchungen, avoiding the topic of Tao belonging to materialism or idealism.Tao is the core of Lao Tzu philosophy system. Tao is the creator of Cosmos and the world, and the root of everything. Tao creates everything ,and makes everything exist; Tao fosters everything, and makes everything grow and mature . It is a cosmological and ontological concept.In Logische Untersuchungen, Husserl takes an analysis on human's consciousness act, and draws a conclusion that consciousness can constitute objects in mind. First, consciousness can synthesize the empirical material into a unite object; Second, consciousness also can position the objects constituted existing. On the other hand , It is the signification that make object be object. The article argues that Lao Tzu's Tao is constituted by Lao Tzu's consciousness ,and it is an ideal existing in Lao Tzu's mind.Lao Tzu constitutes"Tao", and constructs a philosophical system with the core of Tao, which has an deep effect on the traditional culture of China. In ancient Chinese living field, Tao exists exactly. They believe Tao, and regard it as the supreme value. Nowadays, people have no belief on Tao. And Tao has no effect on modern lives. It also means Daoism's decline.
