Qin Guan Poetry

Qinguan's poetry and writings have enjoyed a great prestige in Song dynasty, however, from Ming dynasty his poetry has been shadowed in his ci's reputation and unknown by common people. Although the study of Qinguan's poetry has been started in Song dynasty, getting a lot of achievements, but the results only have been limited in piece appreciation, partial features analysis and abstract instructions and etc. with a very rare of the systemic study of it intentionally. The overall and fundamental styles and features of Qinguan's poetry are studied in this thesis from fields of poetry creation stages, ideological content, artistic features, and relations between Qinguan's poetry and ci.The introduction summarizes the history and present study situation of Qinguan's poetry, stating reasons and intentions of writing the thesis, general contents and chapters of the thesis.The text of the thesis is consisted of four chapters including creation stages, ideological content, artistry features, and relations between Qinguan's poetry and ci. The first chapter focuses on the creation stages of poetry including three sections of Xining and Yuanfeng period, Yuanyou period and period of Shaosheng ang Yuanfu. The second chapter discusses the main ideological content of Qinguan's poetry, and there are three sections in it: lyric; poetry about description of scenery; poetry about idyllic and leisure living and etc. The third chapter focuses on the artistry features including three sections of true and natural feature, a variety of artistry features, and unique methods on description of scenery. The fourth chapter put the emphasis on the relations between Qinguan's poetry and ci, retaining three sections of independence of creation in Qinguan's poetry and ci, common ground between poetry and ci, and significance of independence and similarity in ancient literature history.The conclusion generalizes the total content and points the value of Qinguan's poetry. Appendix one explores and analysis the views of Maiden Poetry, and Appendix two makes an general precis about Qinguan's writings which was collected or published in Song dynasty.
