About the understanding of the body, people can draw different understanding conclusions from different visual thresholds. What we concern is the only body that we think of it as the target to the knowledge. So we overlook the body in the actual life. And the problem about the body is serious and complicated day by day. In the scheme of the knowledge |power making, the body is used and lost unlimitedly as means and tool. Confront the body predicament, people are publicizing the body extremely. As to the body which kind of attitude should we take? Having confronted that the Christian religion constrained and weakened people's body, regarded as the holder of the power will, Nietzsche has administrated the definite attitude as to the body, and criticized the Christianity and the morality basing on the attitude to affirm the body and provided the value judgment of the good and evil .According to Nietzsche's affirmation to the body, Foucault has analyzed exhaustively in the modern society, that our body is the only fictitious thing that power/ knowledge makes. The discipline has trained and moulded the obedient tame and docile useful body; Thewords about insane has made various abnormal body;......In the face of unalterablelife and life style, Foucault does not think that we are powerless and do nothing. Our body is moulded and trained by the discipline, but it has ability to produce and change itself, so we can have the other body and the different style of the life.
