There were few naked art works in the 18c, and 19c in Spanish. This phenomenon has a close relationship with the political and religion environment. Francisco Jose deGoya Lucientes (1746——1828) has created two famous paintings----- The clothedMaha and the Naked Maha at that time. The intention of the two painting is to express his art and culture thinking.This paper firstly introduces Goya's career, art and thinking, as well as his transition process of art thinking. Then, this paper introduces the famous typical works the clothed Maha and the Naked Maha of the low class women and analyzing and giving a comparison of the two paintings. Then from social history, religion, culture background, and painter's thinking as well as the morality of western countries, this paper analyzes the reason of the great difference.Finally, this paper introduces great influence of Goya' art. His art works has make great influence on the later romanticism, critical realism, impressionism, symbolism, and expressionism.
