A dialogue between Qianxuan and Zhaomengfu on"LIJIAHUA" can be regarded as an influential complicated case.The original meaning of "LIJIA" is to violate domestic discipline."LIJIAHUA" should be named as painting works which are of no teacher-training,slightly away from the regular law and contrary to the painting rules.Therefore, the "LIJIAHUA"can be considered as an amateur painting.Qianxuan equated "SHIFUHUA" with "LIJIAHUA",which shows that he departed from intellectuals and consciously abandoned the political utility standpoint which intellectuals persisted in. Qianxuan refused to gain the power and painted latently on the changing period between Song and Yuan. The important transforming of value interests in his life had great influence on his art interests.He tried to blaze new trails on the base of learning the formers. So his painting works between early and later stage present different features.He mostly chose latent life as themes in his poems and articles ,and also in his paintings.thus he got scored achievements in the organic integration of poems,articles,paintings and seals. Therefore,the status of Qianxuan which served as a link between past and future in the development of the arts is unquestionable.
