On The Cultural Interests

Interests,as the objective existence which never changed by man's will,createdin human's demands. In the development of society,human not only creates economicinterests but also achieves tremendous political interests and cultural interests. In theenormous system of social interests,economic interests are basic interests in society,political interests are central interests in society,and cultural interests are supremeinterests in society. As an ancient country with five millennium glorious culture,Chinahas created the splendorous achievements in political,economic,and cultural domains,played the pivotal role for the world civilization. In the thirty years of Reform andOpening,the China's economy has obtained miraculous take-off which attractsworldwide attention. With people's economic interests' level improved,culturalinterests occupied gradually the dominant position in all kinds of interests in society.Because the culture and interests both are research objects in economics since longago,research on cultural interests has important academic value and practicalsignificance. On the one hand,it improves the study level of cultural economy andfills the gaps in study of interests' theory,which enriches the economics theory. On theother hand,it plays a practical role in making cultural economy and getting culturalinterests of China.Based on the theory of interests,the paper attempts to construct a theoreticalanalysis frame of cultural interests from a perspective of political economics,todiscuss creation,exchange,share and realization of cultural interests,then to carrieson the empirical research of China's cultural interests,simultaneously analyze theoverseas' experience of cultural interest,and to provides the suggestions for China'srealization of cultural interests. It is infrequent in the presented studies.Moreover,it is original that this paper makes empirical analyzes on different culturalinterests with China's evidence,and applies game theory to analyze cultural interests.However,this paper is only a beginning or an attempt in the study of cultural interests.The advanced study of cultural interests will be our key research direction in future.
