Gramsci Intellectuals Theory And Its Contemporary Value

Intellectual's question is a hot question of the current academia. Antonio Gramsci, as the Marxist pioneer in the west, is famous for the thought of cultural leadership by most people. But his thought of intellectual theory got less someone notice. This text proceeding with his intellectual's theory, tries hard to plane and analyze its theory background, main intension, contemporary value produced in detail, and analyze the relation of this theory with construction of contemporary articles and opinions of aesthetics.The preface has mainly introduced the selected title meaning herein, research current situation, research approach, and has introduced the source of intellectual's concept briefly. Chapter one: Background of intellectual's theory. In this part, I recommend from two hands mainly. Firstly, theory origin, in other words, its intellectual's theory foundation is his practical philosophy thought; Secondly, realistic background. Here I introduce main life experience of Antonio Gramsci briefly and get influences of thought among them. Chapter two: The intellectual's intension and activity field. Explain two questions. The first one is the intellectual's intension and classification. After investigating the way to Antonio Gramsci definition of intellectual, define two types of the intellectual's concept: Traditional intellectual and organic intellectual. The second one is the intellectual's activity field. Comb the concept of citizen's society and analyze its relation with intellectual activity. Chapter three: The intellectual's function, the characteristic and aesthetic relation that educates. I divide this chapter into three respects. First of all, two main functions of the intellectual's. Firstly, it plays an important role in ideology .Secondly, set up organic relation with the masses. Then analyze the characteristic that intellectual's function reflects. It mainly has two parts that is emphasizing its class and paying close attention to the intellectual's practicality further. While analyzing the characteristic, through comparing with contemporary other thinkers' view, strive to represent unique of Antonio Gramsci theory to readers. Finally, explain the relation of intellectual's theory and aesthetics education. Firstly analyze the concept of aesthetic to educate .Then I Write Antonio Gramsci thought how to broadcast aesthetic education to masses and the questions that should be paid attention to in this course. Chapter four: Contemporary value and limitation of intellectual's theory. At first, write his contemporary value, reflected from two respects. Firstly, it has expanded intension of intellectual's concept. Secondly, it has explained the intellectual's function again. While analyzing value, combining the actual conditions of China, I have discussed its meaning in knowledge molecular studies of our country emphatically. Finally, I write the limitation of intellectual theory of Antonio Gramsci slightly. I think, the limitation of his theory is in two respects. Firstly, Antonio Gramsci has underestimated the masses' cognitive ability. Secondly, his theory will probably make intellectuals lose due independence. In conclusion part, I expound the relation of intellectual theory and China contemporary articles construction.
