At present, the study how Chinese course combines with the information technology on the basis of the multimedia network is the focal point of the reform of Chinese course. The integration of information technology and Chinese course has gone through three stages. No matter the first stage—the multimedia as a tool in teaching, or the second stage—the computer-assisted instruction, the whole teaching goes on under the guidance taking " knowledge " as the centre. Teaching goal, teaching form, teaching organization have no difference with traditional classroom instruction, the whole teaching course still relies mainly on the fact that the teacher teaches, the students are the passive learners and knowledge containers. It does not have substantive break-through to student's thinking and development of ability. Only in the third stage—the integration of information technology based on multimedia network, students can really become the subject of learning under the circumstances of a large amount of information.The author with Chinese teaching experience of vocational school for several years, studies the problem that practical writing teaching combines information technology. The essay includes five parts. The first part has explained the current situations and domestic and international research of medium-sized practical writing teaching of vocational school; Part two has explained the main routes of integration of the information technology and Chinese teaching: BBS, blog and thematic website: Part three has explained the theoretical foundation of information technology and Chinese teach combined: Constructism study the theory, Communication theory. Scientific theory of thinking, Systematic theory; Part four has explained the scheme that the author carried on and analyzed the result that the scheme is implemented; Part five has explained introspection.Through the research herein, the author thinks, the integration of information technology and medium-sized practical writing teaching of vocational school can change the drawback of teaching of traditional practical writing fundamentally, but the concrete integration way should be decided according to teaching goal, the apparatus of the school and students' level, and we can't quote out of context.
