This article is to discuss the various styles of marriage customs and etiquette in Guofeng, The book of songs and the relationship between them in the development from marriage customs to marriage systems. Discussion on The book of songs, which is considered to be the source of Chinese culture, is important for us to make a full-inspection on it. The writer divides this article into 3 chapters. The following is the general idea of the whole article.The first chapter, this part studies the researching history about this title in sequence so as to grasp the study conditions entire. For this reason, the writer mainly reviews predecessors' degree in former's demonstration. It's also a kind of collection and arrangement to the data.The second chapter, this part is mainly on the primary division to some important concepts involved in this book and about the study on different kinds of marriage customs quoted. The writer will definite the intension of marriage and marriage customs from the meaning, origination and development of the words to build a domain for his study. In Guofeng, there search on marriage customs contains two parts: Firstly, the customs in falling in love with each other; Secondly, various marriage customs and its influence to the "six etiquette" in the later chapter.The third chapter, the writer gives definition to the "marriage systems" involves in the book and studies different kinds of marriage customs in it. And then, we will discuss the relationship between marriage customs and its systems.In fact, it's necessary for us to probe into the marriage customs and systems have expressed plentiful social sense even when we put it into the long river of human civilization. It's important for us to analyze this phenomenon, find out the reason, discover its intension and emphasis on its effect to the marriage of later generation.
