Educational Ecology is such educational technology which studies and analyses, based on the ways and means of ecological science, the internal and external system of education. And in that case it explains the ecologic function and basic rules of education. And in this article, the author adopted the fundamental rules of the Educational Ecology, such as "Laws limiting factor" , "Law of tolerance" , "The most appropriate principles" ,and" Rules of the ecological chain" ,"Flowerpots effect",to study the prevailing situation of accordion art. Furthermore the author analyses the environmental effects on the accordion education and brings forward the topic that by what means accordion is to be able to self-raise the competence and adapt the social development. The author express the idea that in order to build up a sustainable development of accordion, we need to get rid of the" Restriction factor", strengthen the teachers' training, follow "the Law of tolerance" and "The most appropriate principles", each associated with the mobilization of the positive factors ,achieving optimization ; and in accordance with "the Education ecological chain rules" , consolidate the integrity effect, create a better internal and external environment, avoid "the Flowerpots effect" and make more communications to the outside world……in order to better promote the cause of our accordion sustainable development.
