| The family history is an important research subject in social history .Through the systematic research on one clan,we can not only understand how the clan develops,but also find out the social environment ,furthermore, we can master the developing of the society at that times. The Yan family in LangYa County is studied deeply and systematically/which has important meaning and academic values for us to deeply understand the society in the mediaeval times.We begin with the surname origin of the Yan family,that is to say, we trace back to the cause of the Yan family in LangYa County ,then we make the summarization of their older generation ,at last, we come to the main content of this essay.In the thesis,we mainly study the developing course of the clan Yan in the context of the middle ages.That is to say, the Yan family in LangYa County is the starting point of the thesis, the social life and developing law of the society at that times will be reflected in terms of the individual clan.According to the migratition of the Yan family in LangYa County in the period of the Wei-Jin Dynasty and the Southern and Northern Dynasties, we study it from two stages , four aspects below will be discussed in each stage:the pedigrees of the Yan family,the politics and the official of members in the clan ,the economic conditions and the marriage selection , the family study and the religious belief.In each stage,we analyze the feature of the clan in every sides,then we contrast the two stages and reveal the outline of the development of the whole clan in this period.The development of the clan is a systematic process,so we make a general explanation of the situation after the Wei-Jin Dynasty and the Southern and Northern Dynasties ,then we can even dynamically understand the development of the clan.Although the development of the family is mainly reflected in the four aspects above,the continuous development of the clan Yan in LangYa County to great degree benefits from their cultural training.Such as the family study and the family principles.The cultural training of the clan is the foundation to the family development.The development and prosperity of their family culture contribute to the development and prosperity of the Yan clan in LangYa County. |
