Female Literary Creation And Prosperity Of The Late Qing And "a Dream Of Red Mansions"

During the period of the prevalence of the red chamber, the women creation , whose history can be traced to long time ago, grew into a flourishing time. This thesis investigates the two' relation.This thesis can be divided into four parts.Chapter 1 proves the theme of women creation boom in the late Qing dynasty.The author confines the late qing dynasty,indicating three times such as pre-modernization, modernization, post-modernization. Based on this, the thesis claims that there was a floulishing sight in the groud of the women creation in the late Qing dynasty.Chapter 2 studies the prevalence of the red chamber in the late Qing dynasty. By viewing the printing, continuation, simulation, recomposition, criticism of the novel, the author reveals a syntonic relation between the flourishing prevalence of the red chamber and the prosperity of the women creation in the late Qing dynasty.Chapter 3 reseaches the female characteristics of the text of the red chamber. From two aspects of ideology and aesthetics, the thesis thinks that the red chamber was a story surrouding women, which make clear causes the red chamber fascinated female readers, explaining the relation of the women creation and the the prevalence of the red chamber.Chapter 4 analyzes concretely the influence of the red chamber on the women creation in the late Qing dynasty, refering to immaterial facts, subject matters, techniques, value, etc., while paying some attention to development from some authoress to the skills of the red chamber.
