The 14th National Congress of the CPC reported: "the aim of our country's economic system reform is to build the market economic system of Socialism." The market economic system of Socialism of our country is short for the market economy under the condition of Socialism, but not the traditional planning economy. It has the common characters of market economy. At the same time it goes on accompanied by basic system of Socialism which forms its own characteristics. On the one hand ,the foundation and development of the market economic system of Socialism liberated people's mind, boot the development of productivity ,created plenty of substantial wealthy, promoted the perfect of democracy system, enhanced the level of spirit civilization and respected human's value. On the other hand, the characteristic of contests and aiming at profits contained by the market economy formed some side-effect in social life. To constrain the side-effect, it is necessary to call on the spirit of the Socialism Humanism, besides adding substantial wealthy and perfecting the democracy and rule.While talking about the special cultural construction of Chinese Socialism, The 15th National Congress of the CPC clearly demanded to spread the Socialism Humanism. This showed that our Party pay much attention to it. The Socialism Humanism is a kind of important principle to deal with human relationship. As the primary period of communism, Socialism should reflect the basic principle of Humanism in its value, place the right and the full development of human on the core position. The Socialism Humanism has three clear characteristics which are popularity, thoroughness and reality. With its demands and substance the Socialism Humanism can lead and constrain some Non-humanism, thus protects the healthy development of our market economy.According to the reasons above, we should stress the research on the relation between them in theory, and explore how to put them together in practice, in order to serve the realization of the scientific development concept and the construction of Harmonious Society raised by our Party.The article analyzes the problem from three parts:In the first part it analyzes what are humanism and Socialism Humanism and the relation between them.In the second part it analyzes that our Socialism market economy calls on Socialism Humanism. While analyzing, it mainly explains that the market economy influences and calls on Socialism Humanism from the point of positive and negative effects of market economy.In the third part it analyzes how to realize the link between the Socialism Humanism and the market economy, and stresses that the former provides the substantial foundation for the latter and the latter boots the former to develop healthily. They promote the economic society harmonious development together.
